Help us help someone you love. Due to illness, disability, or being away for extended periods of time, some of our member-consumers are unable to manage their financial affairs in a timely manner. Our Second-Party Notification program permits these members to designate a second party who will be notified of past-due bills. Naturally, the second party is in no way obligated to pay the bill. Just complete the form and return it to the Cooperative.
